A reminder that progress reports were published yesterday.  We had another work block day today.  The children continued to work on finishing their Lap Books and Heritage Fair research.  Some of them are bringing home this work to complete over the break.  Please check with your child to complete it sooner than later.  We will start working with paragraph writing for our projects once we return from the break so they need to have their notes completed.   Homework:  - take lunch kit and place in kitchen  - home reading  - Lap Book if not complete  - Heritage Research if not complete (we will start paragraph writing when we get back)  Have a wonderful Spring Break!  Happy and safe travels to those heading out on a holiday.  See you March 31st!

Thursday March 13

Today we finished creating our boats and tested them to learn about drag in water.  Most of the day today was a work block day.  We have been working to finish our Lap Books and get our research completed for Heritage Fair (1 page of notes for each subheading is the goal!).  These will both be homework if not completed at the end of the day tomorrow as we have had many hours of class time dedicated to this over the past few weeks. Homework tonight:  - home reading  - Lap Book due tomorrow  - Heritage Fair research  - Core Competencies  - Fun Fair notice (early I know, I just know I always like to plan ahead)  Have a great night!
