Thursday May 9

 Today some of the children participated in the distance runs for track.  We also earned a school wide reward today for following WITS behaviour.  Tomorrow is the track meet for the grade 6 students.  Please make sure you have lots of water, hat, sunscreen and are dressed for the weather.

Homework

 - word study lesson 18 due tomorrow morning

 - French ER verb quiz next Tuesday

 - Math packages are due end of the day tomorrow

 - concession tomorrow, items $1-$2

 - Year 6 band students bring your instruments tomorrow

Monday November 4th

Today we went to the library and continued to challenge ourselves with programing the Edisons.  The students had to build a pencil holder and then create a program to draw a circle.  We have started a review of patterning as well in Math. Wednesday March 11

Today we worked on planning our letter on our cause.  Many of the children have started their rough copy.  The goal for tomorrow is that our rough copy is done so we can work with a friend and do some peer editing.  If your child does not have their plan complete, it is homework.  In gym today the students played Donut. Homework tonight:  - home reading  -  letter planning and rough copy   - unfinished work Have a good night!
