Friday November 28th

Today our little buddies came to our classroom when they migrated.  They have been learning about hibernation and migration.  We made a goose art project with them.  We worked on our letter writing to the community for our Caring Backpack project.

Homework this weekend:

 - no school Monday

 - home reading

 - field trip Tuesday

Monday November 4th

Today we went to the library and continued to challenge ourselves with programing the Edisons.  The students had to build a pencil holder and then create a program to draw a circle.  We have started a review of patterning as well in Math. Homework:  - home reading  - word study  - unfinished work   - library tomorrow  - gym tomorrow  - art card order due  Have a great night!

Wednesday March 11

Today we worked on planning our letter on our cause.  Many of the children have started their rough copy.  The goal for tomorrow is that our rough copy is done so we can work with a friend and do some peer editing.  If your child does not have their plan complete, it is homework.  In gym today the students played Donut. Homework tonight:  - home reading  -  letter planning and rough copy   - unfinished work Have a good night!
