Tuesday November 18th

We had a big work block today.  The children worked on writing their rough copy of the "drawer notes" that we took yesterday.  The rough copy is homework if it is not done.  They also worked on taking notes from a slide deck this afternoon.

Homework tonight:

 - home reading

 - word study

 - gym tomorrow

 - rough copy of writing if not complete

Monday November 4th

Today we went to the library and continued to challenge ourselves with programing the Edisons.  The students had to build a pencil holder and then create a program to draw a circle.  We have started a review of patterning as well in Math. Friday May 9th

We did our fast fact practice again today.  I was VERY pleased to see an improvement in almost everyone from last week!  This afternoon we continued working on our vanishing point art.  Due to the many absences in the classroom today we decided to wait until Monday to do our Word Study Dictation. Homework:  - home reading  - word study if not complete  - core competencies if not complete Have a wonderful weekend!  Happy Mother's Day on Sunday!
