Tuesday January 20th

We had literacy stations in the classroom today.  We reviewed the history of writing, one of the Montessori Great Lessons.  This afternoon we worked on the good copies of our Heritage Stamps.  

Homework today:

 - home reading

 - library tomorrow

 - gym tomorrow

 - Throwback Day Spirit Day on Friday

 - Skeletal Quiz on Friday

 - Scholastic orders due Friday

Monday November 4th

Today we went to the library and continued to challenge ourselves with programing the Edisons.  The students had to build a pencil holder and then create a program to draw a circle.  We have started a review of patterning as well in Math. Thursday October 31

 Today we had a STEM challenge where the students were challenged to build a launcher for a bouncy ball.  Tomorrow we will go outside and test our builds.  We will be outside for a portion of the day tomorrow to complete a couple of activities (as long as it is not raining) so please make sure that you are dressed for the weather.  In the afternoon the students enjoyed a variety of Halloween activities.   Homework tonight:  - Have a safe and happy Halloween!  - Field Trip Permission Form
