Thursday March 12

This afternoon we had little buddies and we helped them make leprechaun traps.  In health they did an activity with reptiles and amphibians.  Tomorrow we will be trying to get our letters typed out before the break.  Please make sure your child has started and RETURNED their notes and rough copies. Goals are also being brought home today.

 Homework:

 - home reading

 - permission slip

 -  any unfinished work before the break

Monday November 4th

Today we went to the library and continued to challenge ourselves with programing the Edisons.  The students had to build a pencil holder and then create a program to draw a circle.  We have started a review of patterning as well in Math. Homework:  - home reading  - word study  - unfinished work   - library tomorrow  - gym tomorrow  - art card order due  Have a great night!

Thursday October 31

 Today we had a STEM challenge where the students were challenged to build a launcher for a bouncy ball.  Tomorrow we will go outside and test our builds.  We will be outside for a portion of the day tomorrow to complete a couple of activities (as long as it is not raining) so please make sure that you are dressed for the weather.  In the afternoon the students enjoyed a variety of Halloween activities.   Homework tonight:  - Have a safe and happy Halloween!  - Field Trip Permission Form
